Ray Fowler has been a staple in the UFO community since the 60s. Based in Kennebunk, Maine, Mr. Fowler been an investigator for NICAP and was the director of MUFON. He has appeared on hundreds of radio and television programs discussing the UFO topic. Ray Fowler written more than 11 books on the subject, including three of my favorites; UFOs: Interplanetary Visitors, The Andreasson Affair, and Casebook of a UFO Investigator.
